Who we are

What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, property location or postcode, property type, the service you are interested in, your estimated budget and any project details or photographs you choose to send. We also record the advertising source of your visit (for example UTM tags, Google click ID or Meta click ID), your IP address and the date and time of submission.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, discuss your project and prepare a quotation (legitimate interests / steps prior to entering a contract).
- To deliver agreed works and manage our relationship with you (contract).
- To measure which adverts and pages produce enquiries, so we can improve our marketing (legitimate interests or consent, where required for cookies).
We do not sell your personal information.

This website may use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and enquiries. These services may set cookies or similar technologies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings, and where required we will ask for your consent before non-essential cookies are used.
Who we share it with
Our email and website hosting providers, advertising platforms (in aggregated or hashed form for measurement), and — only where needed for your project — trades, architects, structural engineers or building control professionals working with us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not proceed are kept for up to 24 months. Records relating to completed works are kept for as long as required for legal, tax and warranty purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict its use, and ask for it to be transferred. Email sales@dareenhomes.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
